Yes, I was a bit surprised to hear JOHR that early. I have logged JOUB & JOIB that early in the past, but not JOHR, but Sapporo is fairly far North and it is getting close to Winter. Even here by 3 PM, lots of skip is coming in now. I was still getting JOHR at 1630, so it looks like the signal was in for over 10 hours. I was not up all night, but it probably was there.
