I heard this one today too - quite strong at times, but it's some of the worst quality synthesized voice I've ever heard, and very hard to decipher. Here's a clip: http://topazdesigns.com/ambc/audio/unid-tis-1620-1544-15nov07.mp3 The call letters do sound like WDFS831, or maybe WDFX831, and I hear "kiloHertz" and "highway advisory radio", but it's generally pretty garbled. I also heard one of the NY Thruway stations I've heard before, WPTK490, with much clearer voice announcements.
