That sounds reasonable. I should add that we would probably not be returning 
any tapes. What's been done in the past?

For DXers who have e-mail, we really really really really want the reports 
via e-mail, if at all humanly possible. In other words, anyone who has an 
e-mail address and sends a snail-mail report would almost certainly get an 
e-mailed QSL. The QSL will be exactly the same, or worse - I doubt we'd 
print in colour. Really, snail mail is just for DXers who have no access to 
e-mail.
