Hi Walt I double checked the SDR, and compared it with different span and center freq settings on KIRO KOMO WWV and KRIZ. It still looks like 1420.015 to me. KRIZ also sounds very close to 1420 on the R-75 and the R8A. KLFE-1590 is showing up on about 1589.6 on all three rigs.
