I've just published the UPDATED Records and Firsts list in the Ultralight DX files area at www.dxer.ca The major changes are two more countries heard, Barefoot, by Allen Willie of St Johns: Bulgaria and Ukraine AND the first distance record in the Graveyard Channel category (a bit over 400 miles/600 km) set by (who else) Robb Ross of Ontario. All that I can tell you is that the Pacific NW gang is strapping on its Ultragear and getting ready to head to the beaches for some serious TP distance records. Even before that, Nick Hall-Patch had a very strong Ultra-het from home on 1575, which was surely VOA Thailand.... somewhere out there beyond 10,000 miles. So... stay tuned.
REMINDER: The 2008 Cabin Fever Ultralight MW DX Sprint listening period starts 30 minutes before your local sundown, Friday evening and runs just past sun-up on Monday am at your QTH. Be There or Be Square! (there is a Participant's Packet on dxer.ca, if you are interested!!!)
