"The early bird gets the DX" may not be a useable proverb. Woke up unprompted at about 1130UT, so DX'd while looking after whatever the computer equipment of "paperwork" is. I certainly can't claim that I got up too late for the DX. As Bill observed, it didn't arrive, and the propagation monitor showed the least active traces in months.
