This is almost certainly KCLE in Cleburne Texas. The ID sounds to me like "Classic Country, KCL? 11-40, Cleburne, Burleson, Crowley, ........"
I can't quite understand the last town name. But Burleson and Crowley are neighboring towns between Cleburne and Fort Worth.
