Thx to all the DX Tipsters, this one was very easily heard from my home in Troy (Southeastern Michigan) using a barefoot Sony ICF-2010, with a signal strength running about even with WQEW. Program content exactly as described by others hurricane and weather updates, appears to be live announcements with occasional NWS updates mixed in (at least the voice sounded similar...).
