According to the maps, KMZQ has a fine signal in Las Vegas and vicinity. That "minor" lobe you speak of covers Las Vegas and everything within 50 miles.
That 600 Watts does decently as well. I have a friend headed to Las vegas sometime in the next few weeks, I'll have him check it out!
