Thought I had sent this earlier....
WOON-1240 heard in Vermont from 0203 EST to tune-out at 0218 EST
during their DX test. Signal strength was generally pretty weak, but
strongest between 0207 and 0209 EST, when the Morse code
identifications, voice announcement, and jingle were heard most
completely. Couldn't identify any other stations in the graveyard
hash.
Sony ICF-2010 and Radio West loop.
