KRPI's change is described on the FCC site as "MINOR CHANGE TO A LICENSED FACILITY ", Bill.....if moving the antenna to Point Roberts on the Canadian border and upping nighttime power from 10 to 50 kw is minor, Lord help us if they ever ask for a major change.
