WSAR-1480 heard on DX Test 3/22 0200-0217 tune-out mostly on top with long voice IDs, Morse code IDs, sweep tones, sirens, whistles, and jingles. WHBC briefly surfaced with an ID at 0200 but was mostly nulled. UnID SS station occasionally on top, especially around 0202. Heard on Sony ICF-2010 and Radio West loop.
