Well,, the first thing i wonder is how much ram and processor speed your computer has? sometimes if you're telling it to do too much at once, it wil lcrash if it doens't have a fast processor or alot of ram.
Secondly, there's a small chance it could need to be defragged, along with a good Virus and Spyware scan. Another good thing to do is go to Start, Run, type in Msconfig, hit enter... a box will pop-up... go to the Start up tab, click Disable or uncheck all. Do this after you've defragged and virus/spyware scanned everything then reboot. (What i just told you to do will disable ANYTHING from launching when you turn your computer on.)
