Thanks Dennis for all of your work on this! I am wondering too if the transmitter in question is farther to the East? Wenatchee or Yakima. I just checked at 1705 UTC and at 1005 PDT, I can get a very weak carrier on 1710 off the NE EWE. That still points to the NE, but Wenatchee or Spokane would be too far for a lp station, Yakima maybe?, or still Centrallia/Olympia???
