Walt, Thanks for your insight as you know the language and have been tuned in to the Russian stations for a long time. Of course, it was just a guess with me, not knowing the language. There are so many programs that are done in many languages in the US these days, it could be anything. I know on my big dish I get some Russian channels that are US based.
