I thought about that too Scott, the Nassau only connection to "Frank", and
was a bit confused.

Is it even remotely possible any 1310's in New England, related to Nassau or
not, was rebroadcasting SOMEONE'S 97.1 FM signal via a direct off air
pick-up, and tropo/eskip kicked in and picked up a Frank signal instead of
the intended 97.1?
