Can anybody help this guy out with 640 KFI's exact frequency?

easily identified and seen

I'm seeing a signal that is from the west but can't tell for sure if it's
KFI. The 'wiggle' has long
since been repaired and there are a number of carriers close to 640 kHz.
The one I think may be KFI
is about 9.75 Hz higher than 640 kHz. Information on other possible west
coast 'beacons' would be
appreciated as well.
