Thanks Colin. Another option would be to buy a 24 hour atomic clock and reset the hands to UTC. I would probably void the warranty, but that would also work, or find an old 12 hour electric clock and set the time for UTC. It seems the battery clocks that are not atomic do not seem to keep good time.
