A good question, J.D. There was no "sign on" that I was aware of, and at that time, it's supposed to be broadcasting the domestic first program, and that's what I paralleled. There was so much coming in that night, that I just stumbled across it at that time. I'll have to look for the carrier earlier (or check a remote receiver somewhere nearby).
