5-6 years ago when I was still quite active on AM and my noise problems
had not reached their current horrible level, I had reduced my needed
Californians to 12. Considering how many stations there are in the
state I felt pretty good about that. However, that figure has risen
considerably since then. I did have all of Nevada heard but they've
added a bunch of stations since then as well. Back in the 50s dxing
from NW Iowa I had all of the then broadcasting AM stations in the state
EXCEPT KMPC in Muscatine on 860.

I have IA and WI completed and need just a few for IL and IN. I also
need only 4 northern MN GYers to complete that state. So yes I do try
quite hard to do so. I have to take a real good look at those few I
need in IL and IN and aim a BOG or two S or SE or even SSW and try to
pick them off. 73 KAZ Barrington IL and noting that High School
sports have contributed to me landing a few of these that one wouldn't
think likely.

Subject: [IRCA] Logging a complete state
A long this same topic of logging a complete state, How many have tried
this, of logging all counties or stations with in your state?
I have 13 counties to go with Tennessee. Some I will never hear, as
there is
no radio station in them.
