John, I have tried for JOIL for years and no luck as yet. That 500 KW Russian pretty much blocks the channel generally. Now some years back during AU conditions, I got Indonesia (Ambon) on 720 and even got a QSL back, but that was a one shot deal. Australia & New Zealand, as well as AK & HI I have, but not the JJ. Heard Chinese on there a few times, but the JJ has eluded me so far.
