0548UT, R. Rossii is already making an appearance on 234, maybe a bit of audio also on 279.
Haven't had much time to TA DX tonight; although there seemed to be plenty of carriers, I've noted infrequent audio only on 855, 1134, and 1215 so far. Then 963 came up just before 0600, to dive into the weeds with 30 seconds to go.
