I reported this to the CE in Chattanooga. I will contact him again.

Well at 2200 a check of 1370, I can hear WDEF. WGIV is no where to be heard.
It seems strange to me why anyone would do this, given that they have a
strong FM outlet and they are streaming on the internet. Why not just do as
your license requires???? Always has to be a bad apple in the barrel!
