I noticed this morning off the NE EWE at 1200 EDT 1600 UTC, that there are two stations on 1710, both seem Russian. I checked the Eastern beverage and no sign of it, so it doesn't sound like the Vancouver WA one. Are there more than one in the Puget Sound area? One is stronger than the other.
