Receiving WWVA this evening here in SE PA on their temporary antenna @
5kw.  The signal is pretty weak on both my Sangean ATS-909 and Grundig
YB440PE portables, but is pretty listenable on my Icom R75 with the Terk
Advantage Loop Antenna.
 
WWVA is also listenable on my car radio with a little iboc hash from
1180 (I presume).  
 
Last night when they were dark all I could hear on 1170 was some faint
talking from an unid and a lot of iboc hash.
