I can't compete with Kaz BOGs this far east but yesterday morning was one of the best for my long-standing daily attempt to get audio out of 738 -- right at sunrise too.
After seeing Neil's email I went back through the Perseus recording at the time 738 was best -- around 1035utc -- and found 'traces', some VERY weak, on: 702 738 819 846 1512 1548 I use Guy Atkin's suggested 'reverse x-ray' palette to aid in 'seeing' potential signals. Screen shots of the above are here: <http://realmonitor.com/DUTP.html> None of these produced any audio. 738 was closest and in USB or LSB one can tell there is modulation but not that it's male or female voice or what language is being spoken. :-( Someday though ...
