That seems to be the case here too Kevin.    Some are strong enough to be 
threshold audio, but just aren't, such as  747, 783, 855 (with a SAH), 1215, 
1269, 1377, and 1422.  OK, call me a liar....1215 is just creeping through with 
talk at 0430UT.
