That reminds me - I've heard CHSC ON St. Catharines has been shutting down Sunday mornings. It has been noted signing on artound 9 or 9:30 am Eastern, and my contact isn't sure when it's going off. Hard to tell here as Cleveland is pretty dominant, but I might have very weak Spanish there...if it isn't CHSC still on running Italian.

Might be worth checking, especially in case CHSC wins a reprieve from the courts. It has appealed a CRTC denial to renew its licence.

I know that the transmitter site is generator powered buy generator. The first two ran off of propane now this one is diesel. They may be trying to conserve fuel.
