CKWX 1130 Vancouver BC reported (as a newsclip) --We are picking up a station near Portland that is interfering with our signal and this happens mostly at dawn and dusk and we are contacting regulators and possibly doing some modifications at our transmitter to try to solve the problem.---.(Not a word for word quote but basically the same report) . I don't know what kind of signal pattern they use but it is not a tight east-west directional oval.So if they did use east -west like most of the other AMers then they might push a stronger signal towards the eastern suburbs and kill the KPWX skip in that part of the Metro Vancouver are.------Bill in BC
