The Spaniard on 531 gets out well and used to be the dominant in IL/WI before 
the Algerians on 531 and 549 upgraded. 531 SS was behind Algeria on 531 in WI 
last Sun night during the big low band Spain opening (quite common cx).  73 KAZ
