[IRCA] CIBQ 1340

  I've been meaning to mention that the FM replacement for CIBQ 1340 in 
Brooks, AB has been on the air for a while now, running parallel with 
the AM.   Still in the testing phase apparently, but in any case the 
days of the AM are numbered.   On the other hand, if you're into FM DX, 
there's a new target on 105.7 MHz.
