Tone test on 1590 noted again this evening at 9:15pm CST, off at 10pm and back on a few minutes later. This is the fourth day it has been heard up here.
If this is not WVNA then it must be a station close to Steve Francis in Alcoa, Tenn. who reported it last night as STRONG and in a N/S direction. Perhaps in west Georgia?? South of Steve are two possibilities (from old NRC Log) WALG Albany, WTGA Thomaston with a third, WQCH Lafayette less likely, which is more westerly.
