Also hearing the 2nd Phase of the 1540 WKVQ Test here in London,
Ontario CANADA.
A Little better than the first test!!! Actually heard the Voice ID and
Test Announcement this time! 2 Morse Code WKVQ IDs @ 0102 EST and into
Instrumental Version of Sleighride again!! Looks like the same Format as
first test
Heard on SONY SRF T-615 ULR BAREFOOT at 675 Miles!!
