Kevin: Albany in SE Ohio about 12 miles SW of Athens. I suspect somebody forgot to turn the transmitter off as they are listed as a daytimer. The same may have been true of whoever it was that had oldies as there but a few 1530s with even flea power at night and none of them play oldies.
