Mike, It seems that so many stations that change format, they are searching for that "Gold Ring format" that will make them riches and number 1 in their market. It is an old story, but unfortunately on AM in this country, very few AMs make it into the top 20, let alone #1. An FM station has a better chance. But they keep trying. They probably have as much chance of making #1 in their market as they would wining the sweepstakes.
