CHLO, CFOR, and apparently even CKLM (all 1570s) all moved to FM.  CHLO had
better sigs in Port Huron when it ran 1 kw on 680 than it ever did when it ran
10 kw on 1570.  CFOR used to be sunset regular in Port Huron.  Bruce Heimburger
said he used to hear them regularly at LSS when he lived in Anderson, SC.

CKLQ, 880, Brandon, MB, which came on back in the 1970s, started out on 1570,
then moved to 880 in 1984 or 1985.  The Winkler, MB replaced CKLQ on 1570, but
then moved to 1530.

I am astounded at the number on Canadians that have moved to FM.  I know I'd
find a lot of cahnnels a lot easier now if I still lived in Port Huron.  I
wonder if we couldn't persuade CKNX to join them.

I figured that was where they ended up. I also logged CHUB Nanaimo BC here as
well. I miss the days when it was so easy to hear stations North of the
border.  ms
