WLGN, 1510, Logan Ohio has changed oldies services, from Timeless Classics to True Oldies. Perhaps that accounts for the dead air as, when they went to Timeless Classics they had problems with local breaks and even IDs. But would that also account for the curious raspy hum that is all they've carried all day on several different days in the past few weeks?
