The low band stations weren't good here at that time Dennis, but 1566
and 1593 were pretty darn loud, with 1575 quite listenable in the
splatter, but they'd all pretty much faded out by 1600UT, with just
traces of audio.

around sunrise this season, along with HLAZ-1566)
