Hi, Rick! Congratulations on KHWG! Maybe there are circumstances going on that will make KHWG a widely heard NV for DXers, similar to the pattern problems that KXNT 840 was having back in 2004 (making possible my only other NV logging). It looks like 750 is a frequency for DXers to keep an ear on. 73 Bill Dvorak Madison WI In a message dated 2/13/2012 9:19:26 P.M. Central Standard Time, drummer1965...@yahoo.com writes:
Bill Dvorak, you'll be thrilled to know that I got KHWG down here in Omaha last night, thanks to your tip. Heard at 2304 with Hank Williams' "Moanin' The Blues" and Gale Garnett's "We'll Sing In The Sunshine", both simulcasing KHWG's webstream, which was about 30 seconds behind the terrestrial signal on 750 (and weak to fair on peaks under WSB). Just my 2nd Nevadan here. Needless to say, I'm quite pleased! :) 73, Rick Dau South Omaha, Nebraska _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list IRCA@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: irca@hard-core-dx.com
