Different conditions this morning, almost nothing off the E/W wire with
the much shorter N/S wire favored; plus only a few weak hets on the
bottom to mid band. 1503 had very poor DU audio 1143 utc and weak hets
to 1701 kHz from 1150-1210 utc.
