WGBW-1590 DX test noted over usual pest WAKR with tone at 0104 EDT, voice ID
mentioning "testing during the experimental period with 10000 watts", code
ID into oldies (e.g. Beach Boys). More code ID and sweep tone at 0117.
Not needed, QSLed on similar test in 2011, but nice to have a logging report
in mid-July.
