New station here this evening at 11:47 PM PDT. KARI 550 Blaine, WA in under
KOAC Corvallis, OR. Phased down KOAC with the Quantum Phaser connected to
NW ewe & the SW ewe. KARI had a listen live stream which ran about 20
seconds after the radio signal. Religious programming matched up.
