[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 6 Nov 2012

     A rather unusual morning here, as VOA on 1575 was doing well, and 
so did China on 1593 for a time, but that was it for audio.  Several 
other good high band carriers, but the lower band was not doing much. 
The big guns from Japan had fair carriers, but no audio.  Don't think I 
recall a morning where I've heard audio from China but not Japan. 
Listened this am from 1350 to 1420.
