Thanks. My hunch is WAQE - but I have a business card from the 1090 - I visited it in October while in Texas, so I know who to call. I can't recall what format I heard but NRC log says it carries FSR. I'd be surprised if it was them, though, as signal was too steady, and when it seemed time for an ID or break in FSR content it either faded or signal went open-carrier, as if the place was left unintentionally on. But I am still far from certain this is the case..
