Not nearly so interesting this morning. R. Rossii had a man talking
fairly weakly on 279 //234 at 1150UT, and there may have been hints
of talk on 1701 about 45 minutes later, but that was it. Carriers
on 1098 1503 and 1566 rounded things out.
