Hello All,

Various high-band Asians showed some signs of life this morning during sunrise
enhancement, with even a low-band Korean putting in a fair signal during the
propagation peak around 1535.

1566-HLAZ started off the session with its best signal of the month here around
1510, reaching excellent levels at times with Christian music. Other Koreans
like 972-HLCA and 603-HLSA were little more than carriers during this early
period, but both reached fairly good audio around 1530, with HLSA running its
typical long-set music program (with the deep-voiced Korean male DJ). Both
1377-CNR1 and 1593-CNR1 managed fair audio in and out of the domestic splatter
around 1540, with 1593 doing the better of the two in sneaking by 1590-Seattle.
Around this peak period both 1503-JOUK (poor-fair Japanese speech) and 1575-VOA
(Asiatic language speech) also made an anemic appearance, but didn't stick
around for long. Audio from 603-HLSA bailed out early around 1540, but most of
the high-band Asians were in and out until around 1550 here, with 1593-CNR1 the
sole survivor by 1555. Overall it was a fairly interesting morning-- but it
probably would have been written off as mediocre aroun!
 d September or October :-)
