It's sounding like our 1380 culprit may be WABH Bath, NY People have been reporting odd noise and distortion on 1370 and 1390.
A friend in Cloquet, Minnesota (near Duluth) had his radio pointed east, and said as sports programming started blaring so did a bunch of crosstalk and nasty noise.
