I'm working on the latest Mexican Log and in the IRCA bulletin (Volume 51, Number 25) Glen Hauser chased this one down and heard an ID that sounded like "La X 14-30" and later "... desde Ciudad Miguel Aleman." So it sounds like XEWD has a new slogan.
