Another new local TIS is on the air. 1680 WQUR867 Irvine CA, "The Toll Roads Radio AM 16-80" with short loop on how to pay for the toll road by a man with ID in each announcement.
Just looked on the FCC website and license just granted 9/23/14 and expires 3/22/15 (6 months). Now I have 3 HAR/TIS stations in Irvine! They're taking over the spectrum. Other news, WPMW407 San Juan Capistrano on 1620 has been off for months leaving KNNN868 in Santa Ana alone on the frequency.
