Antioch is a very very very far north exurb from Chicago - it's not a pirate 
station, it's a Part 15 station.  Really comprehensive OTR programming.  See 
ABN (Antioch broadcasting network) and macinmind.com. 
If anyone can pick up a Part 15 from 100 miles or more, mazl tov - I  can't 
imagine it!  Tim, I know you're a real wizard, but...
